Join in on the fun either virtually from your home OR live and in person as we Cook along with Chef Tino preparing together an upscale restaurant style three-course meal.  Funds raised will help support our Spring outreach activities taking place in area Children’s Hospitals and Ronald McDonald Homes in the area.

About Chef Tino: Chef Tino opened his first restaurant at the age of 15.  His drive and desire for greater learning took him around the world. Tino spent several years as a chef in top restaurants, including AZ with Chef Patricia Yeo, WWF with Chef Sean Guy and Planet Hollywood, helping to further his knowledge and expertise in the kitchen. In 2007, he opened his own Latin-Fusion restaurant in Puerto Rico that quickly became a hub for local celebrities, sports personalities and public figures. Chef Tino’s magnetic personality landed him regularly on Puerto Rico’s top network morning show “Entre Nosotras”, Food network’s roster, guest starring on several most popular shows here in the United States and more, such as Beat Bobby Flay.  After tragically losing his home and business to Hurricane Maria in 2017, Tino relocated to Dallas with a goal of reaching new audiences and continuing to share his passion and zest for food and life.

Virtual – TGAS will provide you a list of ingredients to purchase and the recipe in advance so you have everything you need to cook along with Chef Tino for the date and time you register for.  Click the link above to register.  Within the registration form, choose “Virtual Options” and select the time that works for you. All timeframes provided are in the Central Time Zone.

In-Person – Register for a Live in Person Cooking with Chef Tino session.  Spots are limited to 20 people per timeframe to keep size more intimate.  With your registration, TGAS will provide all the ingredients to Cook along with Chef Tino a full three-course meal.  We’ll have water and soda available for attendees.  However, if you prefer to bring your own beverage, you may do so.

Menu:

  • Lunch Menu: Participants will cook an appetizer, a pasta entre, and dessert.
  • Dinner Menu: Participants will cook an appetizer, a chicken and a beef option for the main entre, and dessert.
